Up at 5:00 AM coffee, breakfast, checked the weather, cloudy and cool 49 degrees Perfect for a run in the garden.

Future runner looking for a high five and Paul runs to serve.

One of the two long up hills but there is nothing flat about the Garden of the Gods.

Paul giving Nancy his water bottle, said he will never carry it again.
